The responsibilities of the Credit Analyst include analyzing credit data and financial information of companies that are applying for leasing opportunities.  The Credit Analyst will review their findings and assess the credit-worthiness of new and existing customers.       Responsibilities:   - Reviewing  and analyzing financial statements - Reviewing D&B’s, credit applications, website information along with any other data provided  - Proactively identifying credit issues or challenges in the underwriting process - Assigning risk ratings to each customer - Communicating a credit decision to the Sales team via  Leasewave (internal system) - Maintaining customer information in Leasewave and in Credit files - Working closely with various departments including Legal, Lease Administration and Syndications. - Monitoring bond ratings on existing customers   - Assisting the Credit group in various other functions
