The Customer Success Specialist / Administrator is responsible for ensuring a smooth and successful experience for clients using our asset management and leasing systems. This role combines customer onboarding, training, and system administration with a strong understanding of commercial equipment leasing operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and customer-focused, with experience in training development, system support, and end-to-end leasing processes.
Onboard new customers and manage user access in the AMOS platform.
