- Review daily reports to determine workload and international shipping requirements - Ensure that all Takeouts meet end user deadlines - Maintain effective communication with all internal and external personnel - Maintain a working knowledge of FMV’s for IT equipment - Operate forklift, packing machines, pallet wrapper, and scales as needed - Manage all open orders related to open Takeouts - Manage and maintain all inventory related to takeout PO’s - Make sure to notify Receiving and Inventory Lead of all incoming and outgoing equipment related to all Takeouts - Qualify takeout opportunities as needed through cost and resale evaluations - Schedule pick up of equipment from end user site - Manage all audits related to Takeouts at the ABQ TC - Ensure that end user PO is cut and negotiated price is paid out to end user - Work with AP to ensure check is cut to end user - Work with trader to ensure inventory is tracked in TC warehouse and sold in a timely manner - Ensure that certificate of disposal is generated for end user equipment as needed - Ensure grading of audits are accurate - Assist with auditing equipment as needed
