- Communicate all details regarding fulfillment of sales orders, including status inquiries and tracking details to sales team
- Obtain all documents needed for sales order processing from sales reps in a timely manner
- Setup customer details in Great Plains, including payment term and tax-exempt setup requests
- Allocate equipment to pending orders, according to SOP

- Contact customers with pricing information, request financial statements, follow-up on outstanding documentation and negotiate closure
- Contact customers, vendors, and corporate employees to structure front-end deals in order to facilitate administrative requirements
- Resolve customer inquiries on schedule, proposals, equipment lease base, contractual terms and conditions

The Principal Architect – Networking reports to the VP of Pre-Sales Architecture and plays a critical role in building and delivering Red8’s Network Modernization Practice across both pre-sales and post-sales engagements. This senior technical leader drives networking strategy across data center, cloud, campus, WAN, and Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) offerings. The role includes technical leadership, customer engagement, and team growth, with dotted-line alignment to the CTO.
