This position is responsible for supporting the Insight Investments mission, vision, and values by facilitating the projects related to a commitment to the community. The Director of Community Relations & iCARE will lead all aspects of the company’s community relations strategy and execution, in alignment with the employer branding strategy. S(he) will work closely with the HR Team to craft a cohesive and positive image of the employer brand to customers, employees and applicants. S(he) must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively. This person is expected to exemplify accountability and leadership to employees and that is focused on maintaining a positive relationship within the communit - Work to build “best in class” employer brand narrative and communications practice regarding iCare Program - Lead philanthropical activities including recommendations on charitable donations and sponsored activities that represent the company’s brand and focus. - Plan and oversee all iCare event project communication, program materials for companywide, regional and departmental events with HR Team - Manage and maintain relationships with current partners: One OC, Taller San Jose etc. - Determine new partners and programs that will maximize our corporate value - Ensure consistency in messaging that supports the company’s image and values for all philanthropic related activities - Manage program budgets, data collection and analysis of program ROI - Facilitate and track corporate donation requests and corresponding sponsorship opportunities - Partner with Corporate Marketing on interactions with the surrounding community and marketing strategies - Coordinate with Corporate Marketing for Social Media strategy or other forms of external marketing related to the iCare Program - Other duties as directed and required

- Prospects for new accounts and seeks opportunities to increase existing ones. Conducts regular sales calls to develop customer relationships and follow up on leads - Call in key decision makers at end user leve to compel them to expand or develop their relationship so that IIC becomes their leasing partner of choice for all assets - Prepare presentations/proposals and present in a persuasive manner to customers/prospects - Penetrate accounts to identify opportunities for additional sales for IIS and ISE products - Meet annual established sales quotas - Manage the account relationship and collaborate with internal Sales support team for successful implementation of lease and services as well as ongoing servicing for entire lifecycles of agreement - Work with internal resources includes sales management, sales support, system engineers, marketing, accounting, etc to provide the best customer service throughout lifecycle of the lease - Manage the response to RFP's internally, making recommendations to sales management about competitive bids, terms and conditions, and pricing - Sell against all competition including banks, captives and other independent leasing companies - Meet annual established sales quotas - $500,000 in lease origination after 1st quarter with IICS and $1 million after 1st 9 months - Spend 2 days per month with Senior IFS Account Executives (1st 6 months) in office or on sales calls - Make a minimum of 40 calls per day and 3 on site call per week - Complete 2 MLA's per quarter - Meet with one vendor per week - Have a minimum of 3 contacts at each account

- Ensure the accurate preparation and timely submission of all foreign, federal, state, and local income tax returns through coordinated efforts with outside tax consultants - Understand the complexities of the Tax Reform as applied to partnership and S-Corp and conduct research, planning, and compliance accordingly - Lead the organization’s Tax Planning and Strategy - Enhance existing tax strategy through new approaches, planning and collaboration with senior leaders - Lead in the analysis and resolution of all complex tax issues impacting the company’s business - Retain and supervise outside tax counsel, other advisors, and/or systems procurement required to effectively conduct research and compliance - Manage, implement, and maintain tax reporting, compliance, and accounting policies - Approve tax and tax-related expenditures within established authorization limits; sign tax returns - Manage income, sales/use, and payroll tax audits, minimize audit exposure, and maintain excellent relationship with taxing authorities - Direct other tax professionals, whether employees or contractors/consultants, in all aspects of the company’s income tax processes - Prepare financial statement disclosures related to income taxes - Participate in special projects of a tax or accounting nature as assigned by the company’s Chief Financial Officer or other members of senior management - Consult and advise owners with tax related matters including but not limited to individual income tax planning, research, and compliance - Improve the overall efficiency of the Tax Department, implement and manage new processes or procedures as needed
