Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective B2B marketing strategies that support business growth objectives.
  • Lead the marketing team acting as a mentor to each individual team member and ensure optimal workloads on a day-to-day basis.
  • Oversee the creation of all marketing collateral and provide feedback and direction to internal and external resources. Assist in the creation of assets when needed.
  • Ensure all promotions, collateral and communications adhere to all outlined brand guidelines.
  • Work with Marketing Managers to maintain a toolbox of resources for all sales teams.
  • Build working relationships with key business stake holders including executives and sales leadership.
  • Oversee the renewals, onboarding and monthly utilization of all marketing and sales technologies.
  • Track and analyze demand generation campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with all vendor partners, agencies and freelancers.
  • Manage marketing budgets for multiple divisions and business units.

Qualifications / Education

  • Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point,
  • Moderate proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or Adobe InDesign
  • Hands-on experience with marketing technologies and software (CRM, Marketing Automation, B2B Intelligence)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and supervisory abilities
  • Strong project management skills
  • Solid leadership abilities
  • Organizational and analytical skills
  • 10-15 years of experience in technology sales and marketing field is preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Strong design eye and have the ability to communication direction to designers, developers and other creative resources

  • Ability to prepare business letters, proposals, summaries, and reports using prescribed format and conforming to all rules of punctuation, grammar, diction, and style
  • Ability to conduct training, communicate at panel discussions, and to make professional presentations
  • Ability to apply logical or scientific thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions
