  • Dynamic sales leader, responsible for driving 2NDGEAR solutions in their respective territory
  • Focused on retaining top talent as well as recruiting and developing new sales-makers

  • Ensures Client Satisfaction with solutions and services
  • Makes recommendations for new solutions and services in order to maintain relevancy within the marketplace
  • Ability to manage a highly active, fast paced, fast growing sales team
  • Focused on growing our footprint within the install base of clients as well as opening net new clients
  • Conducts monthly and quarterly business reviews with sales teams and leadership
  • Ability to forecast weekly, monthly, quarterly business
  • Promotes goodwill and conveys a positive image of 2DNGEAR and Insight Investments
  • Obtains client feedback and continually works to improve 2NDGEAR offerings and processes
  • Resolves client requests, complaints, and problems quickly and with a high level of professionalism
  • Ability to understand forecast, inventory, and logistics and communicate status both internally and with clients and prospects
  • Balances coaching and mentoring across seasoned as well as new sales-makers

Qualifications / Education

  • 3+ years of Sales Leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • High Tech experience is preferred
  • 10+ years of exceeding goals
  • Have recruited top talent in the past
  • Proficient with CRM, Teams, Zoom, Outlook, etc


  • Ability to Recruit and Retain Top Talent
  • Ability to onboard and develop new hires while coaching veteran sales people
  • Teams, CRM, Zoom, Outlook, Excel, etc.
  • Must be highly motivated to succeed
  • Must be a strong team player always working toward the greater good
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate both on 1;1’s as well as across large groups
  • Able to manage a large volume of forecasted opportunities
  • Able to exercise strict confidentiality
