  • Responsibilities

    • Work with various levels of management to track and implement projects across the organization
    • Demonstrate solid working knowledge of project planning, implementation and roll-out phases
    • Assist with development and implementation of work processes with business owners to enhance productivity, accuracy and accountability for Insight Investments' Quality Management System (QMS) as an ISO Mentor ; assure ISO document changes are made when needed
    • Assist business owners with development of custom reports, to enhance efficiency and maintain data integrity
    • Work with software partners and/or internal management teams to determine custom application requirements (primarily Great Plains and Microsoft CRM), help create and execute implementation plans
    • Support software applications, coordinate with end users and software partners in performing application upgrades, conversion and implementations
    • Provide frequent project status updates to immediate management
    • Handle new project requests in a timely manner
    • Work with the IT Department and / or software vendors to troubleshoot when system application issues arise

    Qualifications / Education

    • Familiarity of basic Accounting principles preferred
    • Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, intermediate proficiency with other MS Office software
    • Intermediate proficiency with MS Project
    • Basic proficiency with MS SQL, JS and Crystal Reports
    • A minimum of high school diploma required
    • PMP Certification preferred
