- Manage the day to day transactions associated with assigned vendor programs from initial quote to application submission through vendor funding.
Interface with vendor sales representative to quote prospective transactions. Quickly calculate complex lease financing calculations (including deferrals, blind discounts, step payments, irregular payment structures, etc.) using T-Value, HP 17bII+ or other TVM tools.
Gather information needed to enter applications and document transaction in MS Dynamics CRM and SharePoint.
Work with credit department to gather additional information needed, explain transaction structure or pricing.
Develop strong understanding of Ampil’s lease pricing parameters and policies
Communicate credit decision to customer/vendor sales rep.
Direct and Monitor transaction through documentation and funding.
Work with Regional Business Development Executives, National Business Development Executive and Marketing Manager with initial program roll-out, preparation of program materials, training tools and sales presentations.
Work with appropriate internal departments to develop processes and procedures to onboard and support new vendor programs.
Inform and train necessary internal departments and staff on new program processes and procedures.
Maintain contact with assigned vendors' internal contacts and sales representatives if directed and as time allows market Ampil’s products, services and offerings.
Provide required monthly, quarterly, and annual vendor reporting.
Occasionally travel to assigned vendors for training and/or program review if requested.
Create and maintain program and contact notes and records in Ampil's CRM.
Timely, effective communication of key developments to the SVP of Vendor Finance as well as other Executive Management.
Escalate any problems, issues or concerns with respect to assigned vendor programs to SVP of Vendor Finance in a timely manner.
Special Projects as directed; and additional duties as directed by the SVP of Vendor Finance or other Executive Management.
Develop effective working relationships with all departments, management and staff at Ampil.
