Responsibilities

  • Process and bill invoices for new leases taking into consideration specific billing procedures
  • Analyze, research, and audit account statements before initiating collection activity
  • Conduct research and follow up on unpaid invoices
  • Provide status on past due receivables to lenders and management
  • Process refunds, research payment application, and process write-offs as deemed necessary
  • Submit invoices for payment through various customer portals
  • Work closely with sales team to ensure customer needs are being met
  • Enter, maintain and update purchase order numbers within internal systems and customer portals
  • Manage purchase orders and ensure they are handled according to customer guidelines
  • Process asset move requests as a result of product relocations
  • Work closely and effectively with internal departments (ie. Sales, Lease Administration, Tax End of Lease)

Qualifications / Education

  • Proficiency with Excel
  • Understanding of basic Accounting principles
  • A background in Accounts Receivable is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree preferred
