Sr. Vendor Credit Analyst

  • Pull D&B’s, Paynet, and website information
  • Enter smaller deal information into an app-only portal quickly and efficiently
  • Prepare credit analysis and provide opinions and recommendations on proposed credit and potential risk
  • Communicate credit decisions to the sales team via our internal system
  • Request credit applications and/or review a financial packages
  • Prepare credit analysis and provide opinions and recommendations on proposed credit and potential risk
  • Maintain customer information in LeaseWave (internal system) and assign risk ratings to each customer
  • Review new vendors/vendor program agreements and track information
  • Work closely with the Credit, Syndications, and Vendor Finance Sales team
  • Assist the credit group in various other functions as necessary, including assisting in the credit review of equipment sales


Qualifications / Education

  • Experience with Vendor Program agreements
  • Familiar with pulling D&B’s and Paynet and interpreting the information
  • Familiar with reviewing financials statements, spreading financials, and completing credit write-ups
  • Moderate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple, shifting priorities
  • Ability to clearly articulate in verbal and written communications
  • Exceptional organization, time management, and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience



  • Must be highly motivated individual with high level of initiative and an attitude of willingness
  • Must be team player willing to assist others at all levels of the organization
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide superior customer service and maintain cooperative working relationships
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and work autonomously or with a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively on a one-on-one basis or in group setting
  • Ability to exercise strict confidentiality
